Job summary

Verizon seeks a Major Deal Pursuit Leader to drive the sales process for large ICT deals, originating, negotiating, and closing opportunities with TCVs over $25M. The role supports multi-function teams and aims to maximize order, revenue, and margins while contributing to Verizon's growth.

The position is location-flexible across Verizon sites, with up to 75% travel and a focus on strategic deal execution. Strong leadership and deal-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in outsourcing, out-tasking, and/or off-shoring negotiations.
• Line/matrix management experience with 30+ multi-function teams.
• Experience closing a complex network integration deal (TCV ≥$25M).
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• A valid Driver’s License.
