• Liability investigation to determine fault and damages, advising on reserves.
• Strategic litigation management and coordination with counsel.
• Account management with leadership in meetings and client relations.
• Financial analysis: estimating exposures, budgets, and reserves.
• Coaching and mentoring teammates on complex claims.
• File maintenance and compliance with SRG systems.
• Lead projects and support special initiatives.
