Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Major Accounts Manager for CRE Data & Analytics on the West Coast to expand relationships with top CRE Owners across the nation. This role leads national sales strategy and revenue growth while delivering exceptional service to key owners.

The position is based in major West Coast offices (Century City, Irvine, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle or Portland) with a strong emphasis on strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of selling into large national accounts at the C-level.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Candidate must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving history check prior to start is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute account strategies with the Director of Major Accounts to hit revenue and adoption goals.
• Grow a portfolio of major accounts focused on institutional owners and investors.
• Analyze account performance and usage data to identify trends and opportunities; recommend actions to improve outcomes.
• Build senior-level relationships within assigned accounts to strengthen retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Field Sales teams to implement account plans and support local offices.
