Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Major Account Manager for CRE Owners to grow relationships with the largest nationwide accounts. You will lead national sales strategies, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional service to top CRE owners.

Responsibilities include executing account plans, expanding utilization of CoStar products, and maintaining senior-level partnerships with key clients across the country.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate or enterprise accounts.
• 3+ years selling into large national accounts at the C-level.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Execute national account strategies to achieve revenue and adoption goals.
• Grow a portfolio of major CRE owners and investors, driving product usage and revenue.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build senior-level relationships within assigned accounts to improve retention.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to implement account plans and support local offices.
• Proactively prospect and close opportunities within major accounts.
