Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years selling into large national accounts at the C-level.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute account strategies to achieve revenue and adoption goals.
• Grow a portfolio of major accounts with institutional owners and investors.
• Analyze performance and usage data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships to strengthen retention.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to implement account plans.
• Prospect and close new opportunities within major accounts.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and networks.
