Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general inspections, respond to service requests, and handle apartment turns at Trinity Management properties. The role includes pool care as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of residential property maintenance experience, with preferred HVAC, EPA, OSHA certifications. A valid AZ driver’s license and physical ability to perform duties are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance or equivalent experience.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA certificates preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests within 48 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain property's curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Respond to emergencies within 15 minutes when on-call.
• Ensure apartment turns are completed before move-in date.
