Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances. You will supervise outside contractors, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance on the property.

Requirements include a high school diploma, EPA HVAC license, and a valid driver’s license; a CPO license is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days if not held.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred; if not held, must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain pool, hot tub and other amenities; ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
