Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, ensure safety and cleanliness of the property, and supervise outside contractors when needed. The role includes back-up supervision of activities and responding quickly to resident requests.

You will maintain amenities, manage inventory, and help ensure compliance with policies while supporting on-site teams in a fast-paced multifamily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Supervise duties and outside contractors in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
