Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks skilled maintenance professionals to perform expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and design improvements. You will work with mechanical, electrical, and control systems in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associates degree with a Technical focus plus 7 years related experience or 10 years in the industry.
• Proficient with predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; can analyze and repair.
• Able to use hand tools and specialized tools; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level maintenance, break-fix and preventive tasks on mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems and production-line equipment.
• Use predictive methods to assess equipment condition and drive reliability improvements.
• Lead CI activities, identify parts, source items, and document cost savings.
• Train less experienced technicians and occasionally manage projects.
