Job summary

ATS in the United States is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support on-site industrial equipment, predictive maintenance, and process improvements. You will analyze complex control systems, perform repairs, and lead continuous improvement activities in a fast-paced factory environment.

The role requires a technical associate degree or substantial related experience, strong hands-on skills with tools, and the ability to work across electrical and mechanical domains.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with technical focus or 10+ years in industry.
• Experience with vibration analysis, laser interferometers and precision alignments.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Ability to use hand and specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance and design improvements.
• Program, troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems.
• Use predictive equipment and interpret results for maintenance planning.
• Lead CI activities and drive cost savings.
• Source parts and suggest engineered solutions to improve reliability.
• Independently perform maintenance to industry standards.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Set up and operate machining tools and welding tasks as needed.
• Update CMMS records and prepare cost analyses.
• Train and coach junior technicians; take on project management duties.
