Job summary

ATS, a leader in industrial maintenance, seeks an experienced technician to perform expert break-fix and preventive maintenance on complex equipment. You will identify required parts, source materials, and work with planners to optimize maintenance procedures.

The role may involve machining, welding, and training junior staff on best practices. Excellent understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems is essential, along with experience in vibration analysis and predictive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical field plus 5 years of industry experience, or 7 years of industry experience.
• Experience with predictive technologies, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic and specialized hand tools.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and source parts and repair items.
• Set up and operate multiple machining operations; welding tasks.
• Lead CI activities and train junior technicians.
• Update CMMS records and review history.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
