Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with Technical focus + 3 years related experience, or 5 years related experience, or completion of ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; can analyze problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
• Sets up and operates multiple machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and may perform welding.
• Follows 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Drives and participates in CI activities; updates CMMS history.
• Troubleshoots control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Uses predictive maintenance data to monitor equipment performance.
• Mentors lower-level technicians and participates in training and development.
• Completes on-the-job and self-study programs for career development.
