Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC. You may help manage maintenance inventory and, when needed, take on supervisory duties in the absence of the Service Manager.

With a Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday–Saturday 8am–12pm schedule, you will join a team committed to delivering market-ready homes and excellent resident experiences, while complying with

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification obtained within 90 days if required.
• Ability to respond to emergencies after hours and weekends; after-hours contact provided.
• Smartphone usage required for field work.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and more.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Service Manager.
