Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing and electrical work, and prepare market-ready apartments. You will also maintain grounds and conduct regular inspections.

The work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 9am to 6pm. Preferred candidates have HS diploma or equivalent, basic repair skills, and ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

• Promptly addressing resident service requests
