Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support our manufacturing facility. You will perform testing, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong PLC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical degree or apprenticeship required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proven PLC controls and industrial automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing, inspections, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of equipment and electrical systems.
• Clean and maintain electrical contacts and related components.
• Ensure proper grounding and install outlets, lighting, switches and related devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, wiring, and control panels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and document labor, materials, and equipment used.
• Calibrate, inspect, and verify proper operation of instruments and control systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Wire machinery and electrical control panels per blueprints and specs.
• Evaluate equipment conditions and recommend repairs and preventive actions.
• Support internal customers through effective communication during troubleshooting.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and company policies.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
