Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Germantown, WI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Industrial Mechanic Journeyman to install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced mechanical systems on production equipment and facility infrastructure.

You will diagnose CNC-based, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues, perform precision maintenance, and collaborate with engineering teams to install and commission new lines.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright or equivalent.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Lockout/tagout, confined space, hot work, and elevated work safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical/electrical systems.
• Maintain production equipment, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
• Support robotics cells and end-of-arm tooling safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Mentor apprentices and train department staff.
• Document repairs and PM on Limble.
