Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a Foundry Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on site. You will triage malfunctions and restore equipment to operation under supervisor guidance, with third shift hours 9 pm–5:30 am and up to 10% travel for training.

The role requires 3+ years in multiple mechanical and electrical fields, PLC programming ability, and strong communication with operators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields.
• Experience with PLC programming.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic instruments.
• Ability to communicate with operators and team.
• Willing to work overtime.
• High precision with minimum tolerances.
• Understanding of laws, codes, safety practices.
• Background checks and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Plans and performs work following electrical theories, codes and safety procedures.
• Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment per OSHA requirements.
• Advises operators on safe procedures and requirements.
• Maintains maintenance records for identified equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.
• Assists maintenance staff and may train others.
• Travel up to 10% for training.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
