Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Woodland, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems while supporting TPM initiatives and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, can read schematics, and is proficient with CMMS tools (Limble/UpKeep/Fiix/MP2). This is an onsite role emphasizing safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems on industrial equipment.
• Experience using a CMMS platform such as Limble, UpKeep, Fiix, MP2, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance per OEM recommendations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and conduct root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Maintain facility systems including air compressors, electrical distribution, and related infrastructure.
• Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities and track repairs.
• Support TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
