Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will install, start up, and shut down equipment, advise operators on safe operation, and keep detailed maintenance records.

The role requires an accredited apprenticeship, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong teamwork, and a solid PM program background.

Qualifications

• Accredited apprenticeship program certification in a technical field or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems and Fanuc Controls.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and in a team setting.
• Experience developing or implementing a PM program.
• High precision with minimum tolerances and a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following safety protocols.
• Advise operators on safe operation procedures for mechanical equipment.
• Inform management of potential problems and risks.
• Maintain performance and maintenance records for key equipment.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and assist with troubleshooting.
• Train other Maintenance Technicians in repair procedures and best practices.
• Adapt to changing department needs, including overtime and shift coverage.
• Maintain housekeeping standards per safety guidelines.
