Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a skilled On-site Maintenance Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced mechanical systems in a manufacturing setting, working with engineers to deploy new equipment and production lines.

The role emphasizes safety, uptime, and reliability. You will read schematics, use precision tools, and support continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years industrial/manufacturing experience
• Hands-on electrical experience up to 480V
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
• LOTO, confined space, hot work and elevated work safely
• Understand safety regulations and compliance
• Background checks and pre-employment testing required
• Respirator use and fit tests

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot CNC-based equipment and resolve issues
• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
• Perform precision maintenance on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes and rotating equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics, manuals and drawings
• Perform welding, fabrication and machining as needed
• Maintain equipment using PM program and document repairs
• Support engineering in equipment installation and line moves
• Operate forklifts and comply with safety policies
