Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair across bottling operations in Kansas City.

You will mentor staff, lead improvements, and drive safe, compliant maintenance practices in a high-speed production environment. The role requires hands-on expertise with bottling equipment such as blow molders, filler/cappers, labelers, and conveyors, plus experience with electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• 6 years of experience in the Maintenance position.
• 4 years of experience managing people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the highest safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Work with plant leadership to execute continuous improvement projects and resolve recurring problems.
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime with root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment to like-new status during planned downtime.
• Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in bottling areas.
