Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician – Nights to keep equipment up and running and to support production goals.

You will troubleshoot and repair a range of bottling lines, share knowledge with the maintenance team, and act as a subject matter expert across various equipment areas including molders, fillers, labelers, and conveyors. You will lead and train operators and supervisors, develop and implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the position role.
• 4 years managing people and projects.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient in using shop tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and upgrades.
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Create SOPs for troubleshooting and upload to BDA system.
• Maintain regular attendance and on-call availability.
• Stand/walk in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
