Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting and repair of bottling line equipment.

This role involves leading operators and maintenance staff, developing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the plant. The candidate will work closely with plant leadership, manage overhaul projects, and transfer knowledge on molding, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• 6 years in the stated position
• 4 years in people/projects management
• Ability to read schematics: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic
• Experience with bottling/packaging equipment and OEMs

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and GMP compliance plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors
• Lead continuous improvement projects and upgrades
• Rapid downtime analysis with root-cause identification
• Overhaul equipment to like-new condition during planned downtime
• Transfer knowledge to team on bottling production areas
