Job summary

Greystar's Bay Court at Harbour Pointe in Mukilteo is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards while delivering excellent service to residents. The role covers a LOA with potential for a permanent position at another Greystar community.

You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks, support vendor coordination, and work flexibly including evenings and weekends in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and repairs of residential buildings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with basic carpentry, painting and plumbing tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (appliances included).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas for safety and appeal.
• Assist with vendor management and routine inspections.
• Follow safety policies, document work, and manage tools and inventory.
