Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• State/local certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and scheduling.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
