Niagara Bottling in New Orleans is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and perform in-depth troubleshooting of bottling lines.

You will share knowledge across the maintenance team and serve as a SME for key equipment areas, including injection molding, blow molding, fillers, labelers, and conveyors. You will work with plant leaders to execute projects, lead overhaul efforts, train team members, and ensure safety and GMP compliance while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment is expected.
• Ability to read schematics: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic.
• Experience with high-speed bottling equipment and packaging.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades.
• Rapidly identify machine problems to minimize downtime with root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Cover cross-functional issues with other team members.
