Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime in a high-speed bottling environment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and support production equipment across injection molding, blow molding, filling and labeling areas, working with a cross-functional team to implement best practices. Responsibilities include leading maintenance training, driving root-cause analysis, coordinating with plant leadership on improvement projects, and maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• 8
• Experience managing people or projects
• Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

• Train and lead operators, mechanics and supervisors on technical procedures
• Collaborate with plant leadership to execute continuous improvement projects
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime with root-cause analysis
• Share knowledge to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures
• Oversee overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance plant-wide
