Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician - LGV to ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair across bottling lines.

The role includes sharing knowledge with the maintenance team and operators, and acting as a subject matter expert in LGV, injection molding, blow molding, and bottling equipment. The incumbent will lead preventative maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and train team members on procedures for bottling production, labeling, and packaging

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED, plus experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: Associate degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures for high-speed bottling.
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and problem resolution.
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime and perform root cause analysis.
