Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum equipment uptime through hands-on troubleshooting and repair across all production lines. You will work with injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and packaging equipment, resolving issues with technical accuracy.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining work orders.

Qualifications

4+ years in field or similar maintenance environment
4+ years in a similar position
Ability to read schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, dial indicators)
Own toolbox and basic tools
Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer in a plant area

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and fixtures at the facility.
Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
Maintain industrial control systems and document repairs.
Fill in for Operators when needed.
