Job summary

Refresco seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Florida production and warehouse operations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, line changeovers, and rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime while maintaining GMP compliance and food safety.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document work orders, and train others on equipment operation and safety procedures in a high-volume beverage plant.

Qualifications

• GMPs and food safety requirements due diligence.
• Ability to read machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Capable of independent work and supervision-free tasks.
• Forklift certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE.
• Perform preventive maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain production equipment, glycol/RO systems, and lubrication lines.
• Document work orders and parts used for inventory.
• Communicate downtime and coordinate with production teams.
