Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee repair and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced production plant. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, perform line changeovers, and ensure food safety and GMP compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school degree and at least two years of maintenance experience in manufacturing. Overtime, weekend, and night shifts may be required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production supporting equipment (glycol/RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemical distribution).
• Train other maintenance personnel and communicate with production during downtime.
