Job summary

Travel not required. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of related maintenance experience, OSHA 10 certification, and strong PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required for safety compliance.
• 4–8 years of related maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Technical degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, welding and mechanical systems.
• Rigging training and welding cert as needed.
• Proficient with PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the plant.
• Execute capital projects including installation and dismantling of equipment.
• Start machines, observe operation, and detect problems for timely production.
• Inspect parts, lubricate components, and replace worn parts as needed.
• Record maintenance data and ensure PM completion aligns with standards.
• Troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs.
• Provide technical training to Maintenance technicians I & II as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors/engineers to resolve machine issues.
