Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• 4+ years related maintenance experience.
• Mechanical background with rotating equipment.
• Ability to read work orders and specifications.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems throughout the facility.
• Execute capital projects (installation, dismantling of equipment) and other high-level maintenance tasks.
• Start machines and observe operation to detect problems.
• Inspect damaged parts and advise supervisors.
• Lubricate and replace parts per procedures.
• Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair.
• Record maintenance information and PM completion.
• Calibrate controls instrumentation and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Provide technical training and leadership as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and PS M standards.
