Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks a Maintenance Technician III at the Prospect, CT Plant to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, execute capital projects, and ensure production reliability. The role requires independent work, 40-hour weeks, and a varied 8–10 hour shift with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include PM tracking, wiring and control troubleshooting, and mentoring junior technicians. Onsite, safety and compliance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• 4–8 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work orders and follow specifications precisely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the facility.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, motors, HMIs and related controls.
• Lead and train Maintenance Tech I & II as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
