Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems across our facility. You will lead capital projects, install and dismantle equipment, and support production with timely maintenance and PM completion.

The role requires the ability to read work orders, troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, motors, and PLCs, and to train junior technicians as needed. Overtime and varied shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• 4–8 years related maintenance experience; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Welding and rigging certifications desirable.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Reassemble machines after repair or maintenance.
• Start machines and observe operation to detect issues.
• Inspect or test damaged parts and advise repairs.
• Lubricate or apply materials to parts as per procedures.
• Install or replace machine parts per production specs.
• Dismantle machines for repair using hand tools, cranes or hoists.
• Record maintenance data and PM completion information.
• Troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, motors, and PLCs.
• Calibrate controls instrumentation and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Provide technical training and leadership to maintenance technicians.
