You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of service requests while coordinating with engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Responsibilities include supervising assets, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining 24/7 maintenance coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required for some roles.
• Trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of one or more assets and coordinate with technicians and contractors.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Provide high levels of resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Maintain 24/7 maintenance coverage with rotating on-call schedule.
