Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Frisco, TX, offering a base pay range of $48,000 to $67,500 per year. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to keep apartment communities in top condition.

Position requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license, with on-call rotation and strong customer service. You will perform turnkey maintenance, preventative tasks, and assist with painting, ensuring

Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
Requires a valid driver's license and ability to work on an on-call schedule in rotation.
Ability to follow policies and procedures including safety guidelines (SDS, PPE) and maintain safety standards.
Excellent communication with team members and residents to provide service.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems.
Complete service requests and repairs following company standards and timelines.
Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
Perform turnkey work as needed and conduct preventative maintenance.
Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces as required.
Maintain a strong safety culture and follow Vivmark safety policies.
