Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) responsible for maintaining and improving building utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, water, carpentry and piping. You will support the preventative maintenance schedule at a senior living campus.

The role requires 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or related systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert knowledge in electricity, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration or sprinkler systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building utility systems including electrical wiring and control systems, HVAC, water supply, carpentry and related pipe work.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
