Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) for Tue–Sat 11:00am–7:00pm to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks. You will complete work orders and support a preventative maintenance schedule across our senior living communities.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
