Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform work orders across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, supporting the preventative maintenance program. The position runs Tue-Sat from 8:00am to 4:30pm, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Candidate must have 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience and EPA HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule
