Job summary

Tricon-Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient completion of service requests as you travel between properties.

You must have EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least five years of maintenance/construction experience. A company van is provided for work use.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC systems and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Communicate clearly with residents, team members, and vendors.
• Prioritize and complete service requests promptly.
• Accurately document time sheets and work orders.
