Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Wilmington, MA. This full-time role performs maintenance requests, diagnoses issues, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more to maintain quality living spaces for residents.

You will ensure apartments are rent-ready and support preventative maintenance while contributing to a safe, efficient community. Experience and a valid license are required, with on-call rotation and strong customer service skills

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience
Valid driver''s license
On-call rotation availability
Ability to communicate with residents and team
Ability to read policies and procedures (SDS, PPE)
Knowledge of PPE and chemical handling
Understanding of emergency systems and safety

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
Completes service requests and repairs per company standards in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly; performs turnkey work as needed.
Performs preventative maintenance tasks.
Assists with interior/exterior painting as required.
Maintains a safety-first culture and reports unsafe conditions.
Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) within company standards.
