Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning and chemical supplies and safety data sheets.
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Assist in painting and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety culture by following safety policies.
• Perform hot works including brazing and soldering.
