Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facility Senior Maintenance Technician to keep buildings running efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, supporting energy management and safety compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong organizational and communication skills. This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and offers career growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combined education/experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Capable of following basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to keep systems running efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly under supervision.
