Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company investing in sustainable, high-tech manufacturing solutions. The Maintenance Technician IV role focuses on corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance across process equipment in a CNC-enabled, cGMP environment.

The candidate will perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, support setup/changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automated process equipment in GMP environments.
• Proficient in diagnosing equipment failures with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with CNC manufacturing environment requirements and clean room behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on process equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to improve reliability.
• Train operators on basic equipment setup and minor repairs.
