Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV, DAP to perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on process equipment in a GMP environment. The role may include setup and changeover support and requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to keep lines running.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on automated process equipment in GMP environments.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and reading schematics.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and document activities clearly in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on process equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance through data within the operating area.
• Complete GMP documentation and batch records in the CMMS.
• Provide training to operators on equipment setup and minor repairs.
• Support continuous improvement projects and site SOPs.
