Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Boca Raton to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems. You will manage work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure rental-ready apartments with timely repairs.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call. HVAC certifications (or willingness to learn) are preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
• On-call schedule availability required.
• Ability to read and understand policies, procedures and SDS.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Organize and complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Maintain safety culture per company policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) within standards.
