Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our South Miami portfolio. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to keep apartments safe, functional, and rent-ready.

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II, manage work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold safety policies across properties. A 40-hour week, on-call rotation, and a competitive benefits package accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to read policies and SDS; knowledge of PPE and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
• Assist with organizing work orders and completing tasks on time.
• Maintain vacant apartments to rent-ready condition; perform turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II; perform preventative maintenance.
