Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work.
• HVAC certifications or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-call rotation.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team.
• Knowledge of safety policies and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and repairs.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train or oversee Maintenance Tech I and II.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe, incident-free work culture.
