Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical, mechanical maintenance, or related field; or high school degree with an apprenticeship.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• 7+ years with AC & DC variable speed motor controls, PLCs and process controls up to 480V.
• 7+ years operating hand tools, meters, and testing equipment.
• 5+ years with facility software: BAS, Visio, CMMS, CAFM, environmental monitoring, etc.
• Wisconsin Master Electrician license required.
• NFPA 70e certification or ability to obtain within first year.
• Valid driver’s license; clean MVR; no major violations in last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and controls across facilities.
• Enter, prioritize, and close work orders in CMMS; review completed tasks.
• Provide technical support for building infrastructure and control systems; ensure GMP/OSHA/FDA compliance.
• Perform preventive and demand maintenance; respond to outages and alarms as required.
• Travel between Madison locations and occasional overnight travel up to 5%.
